Due to the recent attempt to bomb several jet airliners from the United Kingdom, the WNC has been forced to postpone the Summer Blast Pay Per View because of travel issues for our superstars. The WNC have moved the PPV to August 27th, due to not wanting to go to head to head with WWE the week before. As of right now, there was no WNC BeatDown scheduled for August 14th due to the PPV being the night before, however, the WNC is currently attempting to negotiate a deal to tape BeatDown at the house show Saturday afternoon and air it on Monday night at it's usual time.
The August 21st BeatDown will go on as follows but fans are being asked to keep checking WNC.Com for updates as there is still a possibility for a venue change and/or time change.
Fans who already have tickets to WNC Summer Blast are advised that tickets will be honored at the newly scheduled date and should contact their local ticket retailer to confirm.
As a very special thank you to our WNC fans who have already ordered this Sunday's PPV, during the time allotted for the PPV, you will receive a free viewing of Live from the West Coast: The Best of the West Coast Wonder DVD this Sunday on the same channel. On August 27th, the PPV will air in your household at the previously billed rate. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately this deal does not apply to those who have ordered the live webcast, although your account will be credited the proper amount until August 27th when the show airs.
Later this evening, we will be speaking with C.E.O. Charles Kennedy on how this affects the wrestling portion of the pay per view.
